At present,the Party Central Committee attaches great importance to the integrated development of traditional media and new media,and provides policy support for the development of integrated media.In the new era of digital media terminals for everyone on campus,the Communist Youth League of the university is building a new media working matrix through We Chat,micro-blog and jitter.It is a good job to do well in the Internet value guidance around the important theme publicity and opportunity.The research object of this paper is the new media matrix of the Communist Youth League in Colleges and universities.The purpose of this paper is to put forward the optimization suggestions of the new media matrix communication of the Communist Youth League in Colleges and universities on the basis of discussing the communication strategies of the new media matrix of the Communist Youth League in Colleges and universities.The paper is composed of five parts:The introduction mainly discusses the origin of the topic,the significance of the research,the research summary at home and abroad,the related theoretical basis and research methods,and mainly introduces the New Media Matrix of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities,by using the methods of Literature Research,Case Analysis and questionnaire survey,this paper finds out the corresponding research theory,which is based on the research of agenda-setting theory,opinion leader and "5w"communication model.The first chapter introduces the development of matrix communication and its extended communication function.First of all,this paper makes a brief review of the composition and development of the new media matrix of the Communist Youth League in Colleges and universities,and extends the communication function of the new media matrix of the Communist Youth League in Colleges and universities.The second chapter puts forward the communication strategy and communication dilemma of the new media matrix of the Communist Youth League in Colleges and universities.According to the relevant authoritative reports and the current case analysis of the new media matrix of the Communist Youth League in Colleges and universities,this paper summarizes and analyzes the communication strategies of the new media matrix of the Communist Youth League in Colleges and universities from five aspects: the subject,the audience,the channel,the content and the effect,and expounds the communication difficulties it faces from four aspects: the limited talent team,the audience’s independent expression,the channel’s own way,and the lack of depth of content.The third chapter discusses the communication opportunities brought by the financial media to the new media matrix of the Communist Youth League in Colleges and universities.In the current era of financial media,this paper analyzes the opportunities brought by the visual form,platform interaction,content aggregation and resource sharing for the new media matrix communication of the Communist Youth League in Colleges and universities.The fourth chapter tries to put forward optimization suggestions for the new media matrix communication of the Communist Youth League in Colleges and universities.From the top-level design,audience demands,media construction,deep cultivation of content and other four aspects of matrix communication optimization strategy.
