Production Structure,Social Structure And Changes Of The World Order

The current world order is facing crisis and transformation,and the reasons for the changes of the world order should be traced back to the social structure that changes with the production structure.Traditional theories about world order mostly explore the major power and relations between countries,focusing on the analysis of the changes in the balance of power and the changes of hegemonies,or focus on ethnicity and culture.From the perspective of neo-Marxist theory,the underlying cause of changes of the world order is the changes in the social structure caused by changes in production relations.The hegemonic world order is the result of the expansion of the social relations of the world-dominant countries.The exploration of the world order should be based on changes and contradictions in the production process.The flow of transnational capital,the application of new technologies in production,the fragility of a highly globalized industrial chain,and the trend of production regression are the main characteristics of current global production.Under the influence of this production structure,the social structure is also facing a series of changes.The intensification of social class contradictions brought by the inherent contradiction between transnational capital flows and capitalist production has also caused the growth and union of transnational classes.Emerging technologies made cheap labor less important and made the problem of structural unemployment more prominent.New technologies brought new work patterns and career choices,but also exposed workers to more severe exploitation than ever before,including the blur of working hours and leisure time,and part-time work patterns that lack welfare guarantees.In addition,the unreasonable production process also brought imbalances in income distribution,employment structure,and education.The three aspects of social class structure,division of labor structure and distribution structure basically constitute the overall appearance of the social structure.Fierce class contradictions,severe employment environment and unbalanced distribution methods constitute the driving force of social structure to promote the change of world order.The neoliberal world order is facing a comprehensive crisis.From a social perspective,digital technology is reconstructing social cognition.Driven by the media,netizens may show more radical emotions toward politics and a decline in tolerance for different views.From a national perspective,the irrationality of global production is flooding populism in developed capitalist countries,and is causing changes in the world order by influencing the country‘s foreign policymaking.From an international perspective,the transnational working class is fighting against transnational hegemony,shaking the neoliberal world order.The imbalance of social structure and the union of transnational classes are driving the transformation of the neoliberal world order.The return of the global value chain and the crumbling social order indicate that the future world order may be an embedded-liberal world order.The future world order will be based on a new mode of production,while focusing on promoting economic and social protection.This is the externalized response to the internal contradictions of the neoliberal world order for a long time,and it is also the common choice of the people of all countries.
