Study On The Role Of Grassroots Government In The Development Of Rural Leading Enterprises

In the vast rural areas,a powerful leading enterprise often has a very large influence and appeal in its field.Rural leading enterprises to develop new markets,promote scientific and technological innovation,promoting economic development plays a great role in promoting,can effectively improve the local economic structure,driving the development of local economy,promoting mutual help between enterprises and farmers,has become the mainstay of traditional rural industry,has important status in the construction of our country’s economy.In the context of rural revitalization,vigorously supporting the development of leading rural enterprises is conducive to the development of rural industry and further realization of rural revitalization.As a regional management,the grass-roots government plays an important role in promoting the development of rural enterprises.Based on the rural grassroots government should play a part in the development of leading enterprises as the research focus,mainly to scholars about the role of agricultural leading enterprises to the development of industrial convergence,rural industrial integration development,and the function of the grass-roots government has carried on the induction,etc,in turn,is based on "new six production" and the theory of service oriented government,will research the emphasis on the government responsibility meaning defined,Including what role the government should play in the development of rural leading enterprises,and how to play these roles.At the same time,from the two directions of theory and reality,this paper selects the leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization in Wudi County,Binzhou City,Shandong Province,and makes an empirical study on the government’s role in the development of these enterprises,and finally puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the improvement of the role.The main conclusions include: the role of the government in rural enterprises is mainly highlighted in the help to enterprises and how to guide enterprises to better promote the integration of industrial development,so as to unify the development goals of enterprises and government to achieve a "win-win" purpose.Only by strengthening and improving its own service level can the government better ensure its own role.In order to ensure the full play of the role of the government,one way is that the government should play the role of service-oriented government,take enterprises as the object of service,fully consider the needs of enterprise policies,funds,innovation,talents and other aspects,and provide enterprises with good service and industrial planning,so that the two complement each other for common development.
