Research On The Governmental Supervision Of The Mobile Communication Industry In Jilin Province

The history of modern mobile communication started in 1920,and it’s been one hundred years.The history of China’s mobile communications only accounts for one-fifth of the time,it is no worse than others.Time of the history has been short,but our lives have had a hell of makeover.Based on the data from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology,until early 2021,our country’s mobile phone users up to1.594 billion,of which the terminal internet users attained 1.289 billion,which is as high as 80%.The developed regions such as the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta can even reach 100%.It is no exaggeration to say,our lives cannot leave mobile communications at all.With the rapid development of mobile communications,problems such as the lack of effective supervision will also be inevitable.Because of its’ characteristics of insecurity,uncertainty,and unreality,it is bound to have some negative effects on society,economy,and security.While these problems are exposed,it also proves that the Chinese government’s supervision in the communications industry needs in-depth exploration.Therefore,how the government supervises the communications industry is an issue that we need to study urgently.Based on the above background,this article takes Jilin Province Mobile Company as the research object,and takes government supervision theory,market failure theory,public goods theory,interest group theory and other related theories as the theoretical basis.It started with the analysis of the present situation of government supervision of the mobile communication industry in Jilin Province.Research methods such as literature research,comparative analysis,the combination of theory and empirical research,study the government supervision issues in the communication industry,analyze how the government effectively supervises the mobile communication industry in Jilin Province,and point out the government’s weaknesses in the supervision process,and how to improve relevant laws and regulations and build a good business environment on the basis of existing theories.This article finds through research that the government’s supervision of the communications industry still has many shortcomings in Jilin Province.By drawing on the advanced methods and experiences and lessons of the governments of other developed cities,we will conduct in-depth analysis and research on these issues,and strive to build a more complete regulatory system to ensure the operation and development of mobile communications.
