The Influence Of Party Organizations’ Participation In Governance On The Performance Of State Owned Enterprises

State-owned enterprises are the leading force of the national economy and an important pillar of the socialist economy.Both central enterprises and local state-owned enterprises have an absolute advantage in the national economy and local economy.State-owned enterprises are the leading force to maintain and consolidate the nature of socialist public ownership and lead the national economic development.With the continuous development of China’s economy and the changing international situation,the reform of state-owned enterprises has taken on a new look.In recent years,the Party organization construction of state-owned enterprises has become the breakthrough point of the reform of state-owned enterprises that the central government attaches great importance to.In 2016,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that China’s state-owned enterprise reform should be embedded in the corporate governance structure in order to point out the direction for a new round of state-owned enterprise reform.In 2017,the report of 19 th Communist Party of China National Congress first put the requirements of Party building in state-owned enterprises in the Party constitution,reflecting the requirement that Party organizations participate in the management of state-owned enterprises to a new height;in 2018,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out the important role of the Party organization in strengthening and improving the state-owned enterprises,reflecting the importance of the Party organization to the reform of state-owned enterprises.At present,deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises more and more embodies Chinese characteristics.It is an important content of deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises to study how to integrate the Party organization into the corporate governance structure and the influence of the Party organization’s participation in the corporate governance of state-owned enterprises on the performance of enterprises.This paper summarizes the development process and current situation of the Party organization’s participation in the corporate governance of state-owned enterprises,and makes an empirical study on the impact of the Party organization’s integration into the corporate governance of state-owned enterprises on enterprise performance.Then,taking Poly Real Estate as a case,this paper analyzes the impact of Party organization integration into governance on the operation performance of Poly Real estate.Finally,it summarizes the research conclusions,and puts forward suggestions according to the actual situation,which provides a reference for the future research on the integration of Party organizations into state-owned corporate governance.
