Arousing Youth:A Study Of Youth Mobilization In New Youth

The young are the new force of socialist modernization construction,and today,and youth mobilization is one of the key contents of our youth work.In the centenary foundation of the Communist Party of China,we review the history of youth mobilization in the New Youth,which has a profound reference for the youth work in now and the future.So,in such a time of confusion,how the New Youth spread western thoughts from the early to the dissemination of Marxism into the party journal,and how to mobilize the youth effectively deserves further discussion in the academic circles.Based on this reason,this study analyzes the development history of New Youth and the youth mobilization.Through the transformation of young people’s emotions and values,the New Youth achieves the emotions,values and expectations needed by the revolutionary movement to save China at that time,and further affects the process of young people’s participation in social,political,economic and cultural life.Through the excavation and collation of the New Youth,this paper summarizes the public opinion construction and mobilization strategies of the new youth in the mobilization of "new ideas","new Literature","new fashion" and "new education".The mobilization of "new ideas" focuses on "the old"(against the old ideas)and "the new"(spreading new ideas),so that the youth can get rid of the shackles of the old ideas,It deepens young students’ understanding of Marxism“ The mobilization of "new Literature" started with the vernacular movement,calling on young people to use vernacular,promoting the evolution of Chinese society in language and the progress of Chinese literature and art."New fashion" mobilized the transformation of feudal marriage and funeral customs,gradually liberated women,and also paid attention to the elimination of feudal superstition."New education" mobilizes the focus on women’s education and workers’ education,promotes the implementation of women’s right to education,and at the same time changes the old reading concept of young people,promotes the combination of Marxism and workers’ movement,and lays the foundation for the outbreak of the May 4th movement.The mobilization issues in the New Youth provide important experience and enlightenment for youth work.In socialist modernization construction,youth work should persist in the correct political direction,establish the mobilization system of Party League integration;closely follow the characteristics of the times of youth mobilization,and do a good job in youth work according to the current special environment and background of young students;ensure the effectiveness of youth work,start from the campus cultural environment,and encourage young people to strive hard and increase their talents.Therefore,it is of great value to study the youth mobilization in the New Youth.
