In the context of the gradual expansion of the digital publishing field,copyright protection has become more and more important,and people’s awareness of copyright protection has been constantly improved.More and more copyright owners protect their legitimate rights and interests by applying for copyright.The registration business of the Copyright Protection Center of China shows a rapid growth trend,especially the software copyright registration business.With the improvement of users’ requirements for software copyright registration business service,the existing business process model has been unable to meet the needs of current business development.As the system coding mode is relatively fixed,and the business process is too rigid and cumbersome,it leads to problems such as high maintenance cost and system operating efficiency decline.Based on this,this paper proposes to apply workflow technology in software copyright registration system,through the use of workflow technology,the soft coding of system business process is realized.It can effectively change the current situation of software copyright registration business system,which is characterized by rapid change and update of business process and cumbersome and complex business process.And it can improve the efficiency of the system and software development,lighten the burden of the developers and perfect the software copyright registration system better.The research work of this paper mainly includes the following five aspects:(1)Summarize the current status of software copyright registration system and the development of workflow,and analyze the problems existing in the current software copyright registration system.(2)Activiti workflow technology conforming to BPMN2.0 specification is selected by comparing current workflow-related technologies.And the background framework Spring Boot and the persistence layer My Batis are studied to determine the relevant technical support of the software copyright registration system.(3)Based on the existing problems of the software copyright registration system,detailed functional requirement analysis,non-functional requirement analysis and feasibility analysis of the system were carried out.In the functional demand analysis,the software copyright registration system is divided into three modules: the user filling end,the business management end and the system management end through the use case diagram for detailed demand analysis.(4)The software copyright registration system is designed in detail,including the registration of copyright in the software industry for process design,system client function module design,backstage management function module design,system architecture design,data structure design,user role authorization domain model design,system design and system interface design,and the EER diagram,UML class diagram,and interface diagram are shown in detail.(5)Establish a workflow model for the software copyright registration business process,and manage,deploy,save and configure the model,and complete the development and implementation of the entire software copyright registration system,and conduct a comprehensive functional and performance test on the system,and the test results show that all functions can run normally.The application of workflow technology to software copyright registration system can effectively solve the problems such as complicated business process,low development efficiency,hard coding,high maintenance cost and authorization configuration.
