Research On Problems Of Disabled People’s Entrepreneurship Under The Background Of "Internet Plus"

In the traditional view,the disabled are generally regarded as a typical "vulnerable group" due to the limitation of their working ability.However,with the rapid development of the Internet and relevant policy support,e-commerce emerged at the historic moment,which not only greatly promoted social employment,but also promoted the innovation of employment model,making it possible for the disabled to realize employment.In this paper,the disabled entrepreneurs in the "Internet +" era as the research object,using literature research and interview methods,sort out the theories related to entrepreneurship of disabled people,collect data and conduct statistical analysis;At the same time,through the analysis of a large number of successful cases of disabled people using the Internet to start businesses,in order to understand the "Internet +" background of disabled people’s entrepreneurship status quo,the problems encountered in the process of entrepreneurship and the reasons,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the entrepreneurship of disabled people and specific measures.At present,in the context of "Internet plus",entrepreneurship for persons with disabilities has certain advantages compared with traditional forms of entrepreneurship,but there are still problems such as single financing channels,unprofessional training system and serious trend of homogenization of entrepreneurship.The reasons are mainly due to the lack of support from the government,social organizations and enterprises,and the reasons of the disabled themselves.Therefore,this paper aims to build a support system with the government as the core,the participation of social organizations for the disabled and enterprises,and the joint role of multiple subjects to improve the personal ability of entrepreneurs,so as to improve the level of entrepreneurship for the disabled.Therefore,China should continue to increase investment in the entrepreneurship of the disabled,and the government should clarify its main responsibility and increase support.Social organizations and enterprises that help people with disabilities have stepped up efforts to optimize their support networks and jointly provide convenience for people with disabilities to start businesses.
