Marriage is the only field to complete human production and reproduction,which determines that marriage will not be an absolute private domain,and the appropriate intervention of public power has been a basic consensus.Before and after the founding of the People’s Republic of China,there were dramatic changes in the marital status of Chinese society,which were divorced from the natural evolution process of marriage,and the root of which was the intervention and promotion of the powerful public power of the Communist Party of China.On the premise of stabilizing the political power and promoting social progress,the party and the government solidified and deepened the concept and behavior of marriage in line with the bottom line of the interests of the majority of the people,and used the state machine to regulate and protect it,which promoted the rapid and comprehensive establishment of the modern marriage system.As an old liberated area,Liaoning Province has sound Party organizations at all levels.The marital status of this area before and after the founding of the People’s Republic of China is a very meaningful research sample.In addition to the introduction,this paper is mainly divided into four parts:The first chapter examines the historical background of the marriage system reform in the early days of the People’s Republic of China.This chapter discusses the historical background of the marriage system reform in the early days of the People’s Republic of China from three aspects: the guidance of Marxist marriage and family theory,the practical experience of marriage system reform in the period of democratic revolution,and the realistic consideration of stabilizing the people’s democratic regime.The second chapter analyzes the construction of marriage system in the early days of the People’s Republic of China.On the basis of China’s actual field and specific national conditions,the Communist Party of China and the people’s government have constructed a set of systematic marriage system guided by Marxism to guide and regulate the marriage behavior of the broad masses of the people.The marital institution system includes marriage law,marriage security mechanism and marriage supervision mechanism,covering a complete operation cycle from legislation to supervision.The third chapter summarizes the practice of marriage system reform in the early days of the People’s Republic of China.In the early days of the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the practice of marriage system reform under the leadership of the Communist Party of China was characterized by contradictions among the people,with the implementation of marriage law combined with the central task and the criticism of the backward marriage system as the specific strategy,covering all kinds of practical links from publicity and education to legal enforcement and mass movements.The fourth chapter briefly analyzes the historical significance and limitations of the marriage system reform in the early days of the People’s Republic of China.At the beginning of the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the practice of the reform of the marriage system of the Communist Party of China has achieved remarkable results.It has basically eliminated the feudal family ideology represented by the traditional patriarchy in thought,and broken the capital control and blood control of marriage to a certain extent in behavior.Among them,the status of women has been significantly improved,and women’s personality has generally transformed from family to socialization,which is an important symbol of women’s liberation. |
