Research On Rural Juvenile Criminality And Its Influential Factors

At present,juvenile criminality has been listed by the international community as drug abuse,environmental pollution after the third largest world public nuisance,many countries juvenile crime rate presents a rapidly increasing alarming trend,as a "cancer" problem that haunts the operation and development of society,how to recognize,prevent and solve the problem of juvenile criminality is a worldwide problem.In recent years,the continuous advancement of urbanization in the promotion of rural social and economic development at the same time,rural areas of the strengthening of population mobility,urban and rural income ratio,the rapid rise in divorce rate and a strong influx of multiculturalism have brought some problems to rural social governance,the most difficult of which is the problem of rural juvenile criminality.As a key force of China’s new rural construction and rural revitalization strategy in the stage of national economic and social transformation,rural teenagers bear a very important social responsibility.The healthy growth of rural adolescents has a very important impact on the harmonious stability of the whole rural society and the long-term stability of the country.According to the provisions of our criminal law,national judicial statistics and other disciplines,it is shown that in our country,the crime of human being aged 14 to 25 is called juvenile criminality,and the person at this stage has both the ability to control self-behavior independently,but because of the influence of its psychological and physiological characteristics,the juvenile crime performance is more complex and changeable,The crime problem of this particular group is also receiving increasing attention from the society.According to the special report of the China Judicial Big Data Research Institute,the number of crimes committed by young people in rural areas in 2017 was as high as 82.06%of the newly accepted cases of juvenile criminality in the country.The crime problem of rural teenagers is still serious,we need to pay more attention to the prevention and management of juvenile criminality in rural areas.In view of the problem of rural juvenile criminality,the academic circles have carried out a lot of research in sociology,law and other related fields,but from the angle of economics to study the rural juvenile criminality less,what are the factors of rural juvenile criminality?What is the basic status quo of juvenile criminality in rural areas?How can we prevent and control the problem of juvenile criminality in rural areas?This article will analyze the theory and reality of rural juvenile criminality from two angles,combined with the collection of 379 rural juvenile criminality data in 15 counties and cities in Linfen,Shanxi province to carry out case analysis,from the theoretical and practical point of view of rural juvenile criminality general socio-economic factors and special factors for Inductive analysis,In order to better solve the problem of juvenile criminality in rural areas,the corresponding preventive and governance countermeasures are put forward.According to the analysis of the article,in view of the goal of rural social governance to prevent juvenile criminality,this paper puts forward the following policy suggestions;1 focus on rural social and economic development,broaden the channels of economic development,2 pay attention to the rural entrepreneurial employment environment,promote the transformation of rural talents,3 improve the rural social governance system,strengthen social control,4 improve the rural legal concept,strengthen rural law education;5 strengthen rural education infrastructure,Give full play to the role of school family guidance,6 to build a rural human environment,to create a healthy social atmosphere.
