Study On Legal Problems Of Important Wildlife Habitat Protection In China

The important habitat of wildlife is an important foundation for wildlife conservation and biodiversity conservation.Therefore,In the first legislation on wildlife,the term "habitat" was used it.Based on the influence of global climate change and human production,the ecological quality of wildlife habitat decreasing and the degree of fragmentation increasing are important factors in speeding endangered wildlife extinction.How to improve the quality of ecological environment in the important habitat of wildlife has become a hot topic in the field of wildlife protection.We have legislated for its protection,but there are still several problems that result in poor habitat conservation.As a result,studying the important habitat of wildlife,this paper analyzes the problems existing in its legal protection,which provides ideas for wildlife and its habitat protection in China.This paper is divided into five parts.Part One:Introduction.Through the review of national policies and international regulations related to wildlife habitat,this part This part describes the purpose and significance of wildlife habitat as the basic object of this study.Part Two:Overview.This part,through the detailed discussion of its meaning,main forms of protection,legislative evolution and current situation of protection,clarifies the object and scope of this paper.In the third part.I focused on the analysis of the legal problems existing in important wildlife habitats in China,including Inadequate supporting legislation,difficult administrative enforcement,the lighter legal liability for important habitat destruction and so on.These problems are the main factors restricting the effective protection of important wildlife habitats.The fourth part draws the enlightenment of establishing the ecological corridor in accordance with the law of wildlife,perfecting the ecological restoration system of important habitats and increasing the legal responsibility for destroying important habitats.Part five is recommendations for improvement:perfecting the comprehensive legal framework for the protection of wildlife habitats is a solid legal basis for the protection of important habitats;making clear the land ownership of the important habitat of wild animals is necessary;improving the judicial protection of the important habitat of wildlife in China is a powerful relief for the important habitat protection;the implementation of the system of public participation in important wildlife habitats is an important guarantee for the comprehensive and effective protection of important habitats;strengthening legal responsibility is the inevitable trend of important habitat protection.
