Research On The Value Of Saihanba Spirit To The Education Of Party Spirit For Party Members And Cadres

In 2017,General Secretary Xi Jinping gave instructions on the touching deeds of the builders about the Saihanba Forest Farm in Hebei which points out that the entire party and society must learn and promote the spirit of the Saihanba “bear the mission in mind,work hard and pursuing green development.” Working from generation after generation to make our motherland more beautiful.The spirit of Saihanba is not only a major achievement of China’s ecological civilization,but also an important part of our spiritual culture.The education of Party spirit for Party members and cadres can strengthen party building,improve party members’ cadres’ political literacy and force to politically.By studying and carrying forward the spirit of Saihanba,it can provide more spiritual resources and value for the education of Party spirit for Party members and cadres,which is a great significance to strengthen and promote the Party construction in the new era.This paper analyzed the theoretical basis,background and development of Saihanba spirit,and explained the meaning of Saihanba “bear the mission in mind,work hard and pursuing green development” and the connotation of The education of Party spirit for Party members and cadres.It discussed the practical effect of Saihanba spirit in exerting the value of party spirit education for Party members and cadres.At present,the content of Party spirit education for party members and cadres is becoming richer and richer,the forms are continuously innovated,the scope is gradually expanded,and the education system is gradually improved and perfected in our country.The ideals and beliefs of party members and cadres have become increasingly firm,and the concept of green development has basically formed.Based on the above practical results,it is concluded that the basic experience of Saihanba spirit in exerting the value of the education of Party spirit for Party members and cadres is mainly to guide the party members and cadres to keep in mind the mission and strengthen the concept of party spirit;combine hard working style with the refinement of political character;cultivate a scientific and realistic spirit and improve combine the ability to govern;combine the quality of never giving up and solve practical problems;combine the concept of green development with the construction of political culture within the party.On the basis of summing up the practical effect and basic experience of Saihanba spirit on the education of Party spirit for Party members and cadres,this paper puts forward the realization path of further exerting Saihanba spirit on the value of the Party spirit education of Party members and cadres from the content,carrier,form and purpose of party spirit education of Party members and cadres.The education of Party spirit for Party members and cadres in the new era takes the Saihanba spirit as a resource and exerts the value guiding role of the Saihanba spirit to the education of Party spirit for Party members and cadres,which can not only enrich the content of Party spirit education of Party members and cadres,but also help to promote the practical exploration of Party spirit education of Party members and cadres,and then strengthen Party building and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
