Analysis On The Scientific Connotation And Practical Route Of Shared Development

Development is China’s top priority in governance and considered to be the key to addressing the country’s main problems.As a development strategy,shared development points out a clear direction to the path of development and puts forward a practical guideline,which plays an important role in the overall development of China in the future.Since the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the CPC,China has comprehensively implemented the concept of shared development and achieved remarkable results in various aspects.However,many challenges still exist in the process of putting the idea into effect,and there is a long way to go before we make sure that everyone takes part,contributes and shares the benefits.Therefore,sorting out the shortcomings in development and exploring the path to realize shared development are bound to promote socialist modernization and achieve the Chinese dream of great national rejuvenation.As the essence of New Concept for Development,shared development characterized by the sharing of the whole people,comprehensive sharing,joint construction and shared benefits and gradual sharing,is the answer to the core questions of "for whom,by whom,and how can development be achieved through sharing".It always adheres to the inherent requirements of taking people as the center,fairness and justice as the yardstick,and common prosperity as the ultimate goal.Since the 19th National Congress of the CPC,China’s development has entered a new era where corresponding measures are needed.With the large number of disadvantaged groups,development fruits face difficulties in sharing to the whole people.Addressing this problem requires us to continue targeted poverty alleviation and make policies meet the basic needs.As unbalanced development has become a constraint for comprehensive sharing,we need to improve the China’s five-pronged strategy and achieve comprehensive and balanced development.The lack of public participation has become a weak point in achieving joint construction and shared benefits,so we are supposed to make a unified plan,encourage the public to participate in social joint construction,and form a virtuous circle of development.Cognitive deviation has become the main obstacle to realize the gradual sharing.It is necessary to correct people’s misunderstanding and promote the development of sharing step by step.With distinct historical value and social significance,shared development fits the essential requirements of socialism with Chinese characteristics and further realizes the historic mission of the Chinese communists,thus promoting the development of Marxism in contemporary China.Chinese wisdom and solutions will also be shared to the world so that people across the globe will enjoy the fruitful results of development and live a high quality of life.
