In recent years,the development and production of weapons and equipment in military enterprises are becoming more and more information and network,and the integration of network systems is becoming more and more important.At the same time,because the structure and system of enterprises and institutions in our country are extremely complex and diverse,especially in the sensitive field of military industry,the integration of network system presents a high degree of information confidentiality,technical diversity and complexity of association.In the aspect of project management research,through the continuous exploration of countries around the world,the relevant norms of project management have been continuously improved and optimized.However,in the field of military industry,due to the significant difference between sensitive network integration projects and ordinary engineering projects,it is difficult to implement the relevant progress management theory.At the same time,many military enterprises have not paid enough attention to project management,especially the part of project schedule management.Project schedule management is chaotic,which seriously restricts the smooth development and delivery of the project.This paper studies the progress management of HY Institute’s network system integration project according to three aspects:problem analysis,scheme design and implementation control.Using the methods of WBS activity decomposition and network planning,a set of project schedule planning framework composed of activity decomposition,activity description,time estimation,resource allocation and activity sorting is proposed for the network system integration project of HY Institute.At the same time,the project team is established in the project implementation control stage,which makes the project management of the HY Institute change from functional to matrix.Through the analysis of the influencing factors and the combing of the control ideas,the methods of schedule detection and deviation analysis are introduced to determine the corresponding guarantee scheme and control plan,which makes the project have strong progress control and adaptability in the process of project execution.In view of the complicated technical standard and the complicated related party and policy influence of the project,this paper puts forward the unique project schedule guarantee method in the system of "cross-level communication and administrative policy guarantee",and adopts the multi-level acceptance method of the level,hospital level and evaluation center level after the completion of the project,which ensures and shortens the project schedule cycle and delivery time.HY Institute in the project progress improvement to achieve 12 days ahead of schedule,acceptance of the good results passed.To a certain extent,it fills up the blank of the related progress management in the construction process of the sensitive network system integration project,and has certain reference value and function for the related network system integration project of the military enterprise in our country. |
