Research On The Ideological And Political Education Of New County Sage From The Perspective Of Rural Rejuvenation

In October 2017,the Strategy of Rural Rejuvenation was formally written into the report of the 19th CPC National Congress.The implementation of this strategy marks that China’s rural development will enter a new era.In the rural rejuvenation,a number of people who have feelings for their hometown,a sense of responsibility for the construction of their hometown,and a sense of mission for the cause of the new countryside have gradually emerged--new county sage.They have brought more opportunities for the construction of their hometown,injected more vitality into new rural construction,and provided stronger support for the rural construction.However,there are still some drawbacks and limitations in the current local culture.Also,there are complex and changeable phenomena in rural construction and the quality of the new county sage is uneven.The experience of our Party’s long-term ruling shows that ideological and political education is the primary way to solve social contradictions and problems.Moreover,ideological and political education is the key to strengthen political beliefs,stimulate ideological vitality,enhance moral cultivation,and improve will.Therefore,we need to implement ideological and political education to integrate and comprehensively upgrade this team.This is the most important part of the long-term mechanism of building a new countryside,an important part of the new rural construction and a crucial stage in the rural rejuvenation.The main content of this paper based on the ideological and political education of new county sage tries to answer how to build the team with high political position,good ideological consciousness,strong moral responsibility and psychological quality.This paper takes the new county sage as the research object,sorts out the existing research results through literature research method and interdisciplinary research method,and explains and expounds the content and significance of the ideological and political education of the new county sage.Then sort out the development from county sage to new county sage.On this basis,through the investigation of new county sage in Ninghai county,the research gives a refining and concrete analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of new county sage in political,ideological,moral,and psychological aspects and analyzes the internal and external reasons.Finally,four measures are proposed to clarify political beliefs,strengthen mainstream ideological education,enhance moral practice,and improve psychological literacy.
