| In recent years,my country’s economy has entered a "new normal",the supply-side structural reform process has been advancing rapidly,financial market activity has continued to rise,and domestic commercial banks have ushered in new development opportunities,but at the same time,with my country’s financial market With the increase in opening up,multinational commercial banks have also spotted the "big cake" of the Chinese market,which has also brought considerable competitive pressure to domestic commercial banks.In recent years,the non-performing loan ratio and non-performing loan amount of my country’s commercial banks have continued to rise,which will have an adverse impact on the stable development of my country’s financial market in the future.How to effectively dispose of non-performing assets in commercial banks has become an urgent problem to be solved.Although my country’s commercial banks have tried a series of methods to dispose of non-performing assets,and the country has also issued a series of policies and regulations to strengthen supervision,but the current legal system is still imperfect,causing domestic commercial banks to face high levels of non-performing assets in practice.Asset risk.To this end,this study plans to comprehensively explain the disposition model of non-performing assets of domestic commercial banks and relevant national laws and regulations from the perspective of non-performing assets of domestic commercial banks,and on this basis,to deal with the legal issues facing my country’s commercial banks in disposing of non-performing assets Carry out in-depth analysis,and refer to foreign advanced experience and good practices to further optimize and improve my country’s commercial banks’non-performing asset disposal laws to provide targeted recommendations. |
