Study On The Equalization Of Basic Public Services In Urban And Rural Areas Of Xuchang Urban And Rural Integration Demonstrative Region In Henan Province

At present,what in the wake of the development of China’s economy and the transition of society is that the major social contradiction in China has undergone remarkable changes,which mainly manifest as the contradiction between the people’s growing needs for a better life and the unbalanced and inadequate development.People put forward higher demands on all aspects of social life,thereinto,the people’s demand for basic public services is also ever-increasing.By2020,China will build a well-off society in an all-round way,which is put forward by the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party(NCCPC)of China.This requires us to pay more attention to the coordinated development of urban and rural areas,we need to better meet the needs of urban and rural residents in infrastructure,social security,health care,basic education and other aspects and gradually achieve the equalization of basic public services in urban and rural areas.In order to solve the problem of unbalanced development between urban and rural areas,the Central Committee of the Communist of China(CPC)has put forward a series of decisions and arrangements in succession to make adjustments and updates to the relationship between urban and rural areas.The Central Committee of the Communist of China(CPC)put forward the concept of "overall planning of urban and rural development" and "urban and rural integration" since the16 th NCCPC.And the 19 th NCCPC clearly proposed "establishing and improving the system mechanism and policy system of urban and rural integration development".Therefore,the policy opportunity of vigorously promoting the development of urban and rural integration has become a new opportunity to explore and practice the equalization of basic public services in urban and rural areas.In this context,from the perspective of urban and rural areas,the research on the equalization of basic public services in urban and rural areas has a certain epochal character and necessity.Applying the theory of equalization of public services and public services,and using the literature research method and the field investigation method,this study takes Xuchang urban and rural Integration Demonstrative Region in Henan Province as an example to study and analyze the current situation of equalization of urban and rural public services.This study also explore out the problems in the process of practice.And dig the causes of the problems in depth,and put forward to countermeasures and suggestions of realizing the equalization of basic public services in urban and rural areas in the next step,Which includes intensifying efforts to develop basic public services,innovating the supply model of basic public services and strengthening financial support.This study was to explore the practice path of equalization of basic public services in urban and rural areas through combing and analysing the problems and causes,so as to further improve the level of equalization of public services in urban and rural areas in this area,and enhance the people’s sense of happiness and access effectively.
