Research On The Current Status And Countermeasures On The Grid Management In Hanshang Neighborhood Of Yangzhou City

Grid management is an innovative measure of community governance and a digitalized management mode combining such high and new technology as the Internet and electronic information.Grid management divides the urban jurisdiction areas into small grid units,and combines multiple small grid units into interconnected networks through digitalized management platforms,thereby achieving systematic information management.Hanshang Neighborhood community in Yangzhou city has made positive attempts and achieved great effects in community grid management,winning extensive praise from citizens of the community.The successful experience of Hanshang Neighborhood grid management has been publicized on CPC News Network and Yangzhou Website.Hanshang Neighborhood’s effort in community grid management should be carefully summarized to form replicable experience that can be promoted elsewhereThis thesis illustrates the achievement made by Hanshang Neighborhood community in Yangzhou city in grid management.Through a questionnaire survey,the author collects first-hand materials,and analyzes the problems and reasons in the grid management of Hanshang Neighborhood community.On this basis,the thesis offers countermeasures on improving community grid management.This thesis is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction.Firstly,it summarizes the background and significance of this research work,the current situation of global scientific research,and research methods.The second part is the theoretical review,which discusses in detail the theoretical basis and related concepts of this study.The third part realistically analyzes the achievements of Hanshang Street in the community grid management.It is mainly manifested in the following aspects:integrating grass-roots party construction into grid management,attracting citizen participation with precision service to beef up the basis of grid management,expanding the scope and ways of citizen participation and remarkable results of community autonomy.In the fourth part,through the analysis of the data collected by the way of questionnaire,we can see that at present,there are still some problems in the community grid management in Hanshang street.It is embodied in:the administrative tendency in gridding management,the absence of a gridding management information-sharing platform which leads to incomplete mechanisms,the lack of communication between community managers and citizens,and the weak consciousness of citizens’ own participation.The main reasons for these problems are that the idea of government standard has not changed,the building of the information-oriented means for gridding management lags behind,the level of specialization of community managers is low,and the self-role of citizens has not yet been transformed from a unit person to a social person.The fifth part,based on the analysis of the problems and causes,puts forward the countermeasures to improve the gridding management in the community of Hanshang street.It is considered that we should deepen the transformation of government functions and focus on building a service-oriented government,strengthen the publicity of community grid management,build high-quality,professional teams on grid management,and create innovative participation channels to actively guide citizens to complete the transformation from a unit person to a social person to render community grid management to become scientific and modernized.
