Research On Compensation Issues Of Rural Collective Land Acquisition

With the reform and opening up in 1978,the pace of China’s urbanization expansion has been advancing,and the industrialization process has been intensified.At the same time,it has brought about a series of serious social problems.One of the most important aspects is that a large number of farmers have been expropriated for non-agricultural construction land,which leads to the emergence of a large number of land lost farmers.As Marx said: "land is the source of all production and survival",as a vulnerable group in our society,the importance of land is more precious.(however,these resources and land related to the survival of farmers have been swallowed up in the process of urbanization in China.What is more worrying is that after the land is expropriated,the legitimate rights and interests of farmers have not been reasonably protected,the law has not fully played its role,and even has been illegally infringed,resulting in some adverse events.Even if the State takes the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of landless farmers as the top priority of management,it has also made beneficial exploration in establishing a variety of compensation modes suitable for the socialist market economy.The protection of the rights and interests of landless farmers is a dynamic development process.With the development of the social situation,how to protect the lawful rights and interests of land-expropriated farmers,provide legal and reasonable compensation to the farmers whose land has been acquired,and protect their property rights and interests is the purpose of this article.Therefore,after reading a large number of reference materials,combined with their own professional knowledge,the research topic of this paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which discusses the purpose,significance,and current research status and methods.The second part is to discuss the concept and theory of rural collective land expropriation compensation.The third part studies the current situation and main problems of rural collective land expropriation compensation in China.This part discusses the current situation of land expropriation compensation mode in China,and illustrates with examples the current situation of collective land expropriation compensation standard in pilot areas in China.The last part is the conclusion,which summarizes and summarizes the above research content.Through the study of rural collective land expropriation compensation,this paper can contribute to the exploration of expropriation compensation mode and the implementation of some compensation standards in China.At the same time,we hope to contribute to the legislation and system construction of rural land compensation.
