The Current Situation,problems,and Countermeasure Of Countryside Organized Crime

Countryside Organized Crime has been a stubborn disease which heavily affected the maintaining of lasting political stability of countryside.In the background of new times,countryside organized crime has shown new forms.In 2018,China started the special campaign against organized crime and focused on clamping down on organized crime in a3-year-cycle.But there still remain some problems in clamping down on the countryside organized crime.Our study based on the inspection of the local special campaign of crackdown on organized crime in Y district C city in China.Though taking the work of crackdown on the organized crime as the core of the article,and by methods of literature survey,questionnaire and taking interview plus the true feeling and daily observation during the work of crack down on organized crime,the author detailly described the present situation,condition and achievements of governance of the local countryside organized crime,so as to objectively present the problems on crackdown on countryside organized crime in Y district C city,and find practicable countermeasures.This article comprehensively analyzed the research result based on the statistical result of184 valid questionnaires,2 interview reports and the true working experience in the basic level police station.This article contains 5 parts.In the first part,the meaning and the background of the topic are introduced.The current situation is also reviewed through summarized the lecture.In the second part,the research thought and the basic condition of the research object is raised,combined with instruction of the research method and thought.In the third part,the result of the research is detailly described through crime situation,governing situation,achievement made and current problems and result is supported by the fact and data.In the fourth part,the cause of the current problems in governing is deeply analyzed through analyze the research result.In the fifth part,some advices on countermeasure to govern the countryside organized crime is put out.These countermeasures and advices are put out from the following eight aspects,linkage mechanism,political construction,intelligence gathering,propaganda and education,deeply attack,cooperation anti-corruption,correction and maintain stability and large data sharing.These advices mainly aiming at supplying and perfecting the shortcoming of the work of governing countryside gang crime,so as to effectively control the background of the countryside organized crime,control its development and lead it to extinct,and finally cure both symptoms and effects.
