Study On The Great-Leap-Forward Development Of Minority Areas From The Perspective Of The Development Concepts Of Coordination

Due to the constraints of various subjective and objective factors,there is still a big gap between the development of minority areas and other areas of our country.In order to speed up the economic and social development of minority areas,Chinese Communist Party and governments at the various levels has always insisted on taking regional ethnic autonomy as the basic political system,adopting a great leap-forward approach,fully exploring and utilizing the favorable conditions and advantages of minority areas,and continuously enhancing the internal and external driving forces for the development of minority areas.With the series of institutional guarantees and policy support,the great-leap-forward development of minority areas in China has made outstanding achievements.The development concepts of coordination has always played an important guiding role in promoting the great-leap-forward development of minority areas.In the new period,the "five new ideas ",which take coordinated development as the core content,have become the action guide to lead the economic and social development of our country,and also the theoretical guidance to realize the great leap-forward development goal and plan in the minority areas.Specifically,the development concepts of coordination is closely related to the value pursuit,development orientation and layout turn of the great leap-forward development in minority areas,which is the theoretical practical and ideological logic of using the concept of coordinated development to guide the great leap-forward development of minority areas at the present.Proceeding from the connotation and requirements of the development concepts of coordination and combining with the unbalanced development the restricting subjective and objective factors that slowdown the break through of development and the requirements of the new period’s development,we must use the development concepts of coordination to guide the establishment of the great leap-forward development goals and the planning of concrete work in minority areas,and payattention to the coordination,integrity and sustainability of development.Specifically,we must firmly base ourselves on the overall layout of the cause of building socialism with Chinese characteristics,constantly emancipate our minds,change and practice the development concepts of coordination,and use the overall vision to understand and guide the development of minority areas,embody the requirements of the development concepts of coordination cope with the economic and social,human and natural,regional urban and rural areas,material spirit and other important links in the promotion of minority areas,and comprehensively apply the development concepts of coordination to understand and deal with the relationship between the development objectives,requirements,momentum and mode of minority areas.Finally,we must soberly realize that only by making a comprehensive and scientific overall planning,based on reality,guided by the concept of coordinated development,we can just promote the realization of the goal of the great-leap-forward development by firmly promoting the development practice of minority areas and implementing the specific work requirements of coordinated development.
