A Report On The Legal Regulation Of Degree Revocation In Colleges And Universities

With the continuous development of Chinese Socioeconomic,people’s awareness of rights is constantly strengthened,and When colleges exercise degree revocation,they often ignore the protection of the rights of those whose degrees are revoked,which has led to a series of degree disputes.How to standardize the behavior of degree revocation and incorporate China’s degree revocation behavior into a standardized platform for construction has become a social focus worthy of attention and attention.This article is studying the legal nature of degree revocation,and Combining some current hot cases with social phenomena to conduct research and analysis,and dig out the causes of social problems.Finally,it puts forward targeted suggestions and opinions on the problems existing in the implementation of degree revocation in Chinese universities.This article uses a combination of literature analysis,case analysis and normative analysis,The full text is divided into four parts.First part is Basic theory of college degree revocation behavior.This section first analyzes the legal connotation and legal characteristics of degree revocation behavior,so as to characterize the legal attributes of degree revocation behavior.The degree revocation behavior is authorized by the administrative organs of China to be implemented by universities independently.It has the characteristics of administrative behavior,and also has the dual attributes of autonomy.In addition,in the implementation process of degree revocation,due to the significant interests of counterparties,universities must abide by the relevant provisions of laws and regulations when implementing degree revocation.Second part is An Analysis of the Status of the Legal Regulations of University Degree Revocation.This section analyzes the current legal regulations on degree revocation in China,and analyzes current social hotspot issues such as disputes over degree revocation disputes and current dissertation fraud,and the reasons behind them.In the process of sorting out the current legal regulations on degree in China,we find that At present,there are some problems in the legal regulation of degree revocation behavior,such as unclear provisions,indifferent legal awareness of colleges,and insufficient awareness of procedures.And third part is Suggestions on Improving the Legal Regulations of College Degree Revocation.Aiming at the legal problems in the second part,this chapter puts forward practical suggestions and insights from three aspects.Firstly,universities are required to strictly abide by the principles of law when implementing degree revocation,secondly,effective regulatory measures are proposed for legal loopholes,and finally for universities Degree management regulations make reasonable recommendations.
