Study On The Countermeasure Of Strengthening The Control Of Food And Drug Environmental Crimes By Public Security Organs

Food,medicine and environmental problems are not only related to the economic development of the country and its status and reputation in the country,but also to the health of every people.They are closely related to every one of us,from birth to death,from children to the elderly,from rich people to ragged people,and affect every bit of our life.Supervising and cracking down on these illegal and criminal activities is the most basic security guarantee for people’s survival.Based on the current management situation of the public power departments,this paper proposes to strengthen the public security organs to crack down on the crime of food,medicine and environment(hereinafter referred to as "food and drug ring"),which have existed for a long time and evolved constantly in recent years.To a certain extent,it is effective to punish crimes for a long time.The article consists of five parts.Firstly,from the legal provisions of food crime,drug crime and environmental crime,we can get the meaning of drug ring crime.Then,from the latest cases issued by the Supreme Court,the new characteristics and new situation of crimes in the field of food and drug ring are analyzed and summarized.According to the annual data of public security organs,food safety departments and drug supervision and administration departments,the law is summarized,and the situation of crimes in recent years is further analyzed,and its development trend is analyzed from the aspects of digital phenomena,static phenomena,harmful angle and harmful results.The second part,from the existing legislative provisions,investigation,evidence collection,inspection and identification,administrative law enforcement and criminal law enforcement,etc.,analyses the outstanding problems existing in the process of cracking down on crime in public security organs.Then,in view of the serious crime situation and the current unsatisfactory situation of safety supervision,combined with the practical experience of various localities in China,the paper puts forward the idea of setting up specialized agencies to carry out professional strikes,and clarifies the institutional settings,main responsibilities,etc.Then,through the advanced experience of prevention and control in the field of food and drug ring in various countries in the world.The investigation provides innovative research countermeasures for public security organs to combat crime.The safety of food and drug ring is not a matter of overnight governance,but requires the management of various departments of the national government,conscious self-discipline of enterprises,active participation of social citizens,real common and reasonable,to promote social stability and people’s harmony.
