Research On The Factors Affecting The Political Trust Of Township Governments—Based On PLS-SEM Model

In the critical period of rapid economic and social development and transformation,improving political trust is a task that governments at all levels must attach importance to.Grass-roots township governments have their particularities.Because of the social,economic,cultural,and other factors,the factors affecting political trust in township governments are also different from provincial and municipal governments.However,the construction of political trust in township governments has an overall political trust in the government.Have a significant impact.Therefore,studying its influencing factors has important practical significance.The paper first defines the relevant concepts of township government’s political trust.Through literature review and theoretical research,it analyzes the key influencing factors of township government’s political trust.Second,based on the data in the 2015 China Comprehensive Social Survey Database(CGSS),a frequency analysis method The factor analysis method and regression analysis method study the current state of township government’s political trust and the correlation between factor scores,analyze the practical problems of township government’s political trust,and point out the urgent need to further study the factors of township government’s politics.The path of trust affects the relationship;the third is a qualitative study of the township government’s political trust,public services,institutional systems,interpersonal trust,and social governance and other connotative characteristics based on logical analysis,and proposes 10 research hypotheses The theoretical model of the influencing factors of political trust of township government was constructed.Finally,based on the processed effective sample data,the theoretical model was empirically studied using the partial least squares structural equation model(PLS-SEM)method.Factors affecting township government Influence the path of trust and influence the size of effect,validate the research hypothesis:(1)Public services,institutional systems,interpersonal trust,and social governance all significantly affect the political trust of township governments,with total effects of 0.502,0.370,0.066,and 0.121,respectively.(2)Institutional system and interpersonal trust play an intermediary role between public services and the political trust of township governments,and social governance plays a mediating role between public services,interpersonal trust,and the institutional system for political trust of township governments,while interpersonal trust affects township government politics.The direct effect of trust is not significant.Based on the influence of various factors found in the research on the political trust of township governments,this article starts from "enhancing the precise identification and multiple supply capabilities to improve the level of public services;deepening the reform of township systems and establishing a sound system;promoting universal trust and establishing punishment for dishonesty Mechanism;advancing the refinement of governance,and constructing a social governance pattern of co-construction,co-governance and sharing." And other four aspects,put forward policy recommendations to enhance the political trust of township governments.
