| Commercial institutions take the development of internet communications as opportunities to collect more and more personal information in different industry and different areas to reach the temptation of huge profits,make business organizations to collect personal information indiscriminately,at the same time,more and more personal information under the merge purchase by different investor and the traditional informed consent principle has been overridden in its application.Currently,China laws and regulation regarding the protection of personal information still very fragmented,not targeted and lack of specific operational rule to guarantee the personal information.In this paper,analyses the existing problems of personal information protection in China,such as laws and regulations of China in the protection of personal information are summarized,specific content of the scope of personal information protection is not clear and highlight the lack of documents specializing in the protection of personal information by commercial organization.Based on current information,summarized and observed the European Union and United States to protect of personal information legislation limits and constraints on China commercial organization sharing personal information protection. |
