Research On The Way Of Miao Ethnic Group’s Family Style To Cultivate Socialist Core Values

The report of the 18th National Congress clearly proposed that we should actively promote and cultivate socialist core values.The academic community has also made many valuable empirical studies on this frontier issue.As an important part of it,family style provides rich cultural resources and effective practical ways in the cultivation and practice of socialist core values.The Miao ethnic group as the representative of the ethnic minority’s family style,with its unique culture,nurtures the socialist core values,and the content of its family style is intrinsically consistent with the socialist core values.In order to cultivate the core values of socialism,it is necessary to excavate the resources of Miao family style and make rational use of Miao characteristic activities and education methods.Through the empirical study of Miao’s family style in laer mountain,it is found that Miao has its unique value in five aspects: the inheritance of family style text,village management system,the way of leading by the villagers,the way of family education and the way of inheritance.On this basis,it is concluded that the Miao family style and the socialist core values have some points of agreement at the national,social and personal levels,which plays a role in the cultivation of socialist core values.Secondly,family style is an important carrier for the implementation of the socialist core values,which helps to make the cultivation of socialist core values more practical,detailed,intangible and the role of the carrier form.Finally,it is found that the Miao family style provides text education,teaching by words and examples for the cultivation of core values.Through literature research and field investigation,the paper concludes that there are four practical paths for Miao ethnic group to cultivate socialist core values.First,through the establishment of family style research institutions,collection,sorting out and telling of family style stories,we can deeply tap the content of family style and enrich the nourishment of core values of huiism.Second,by reviewing traditional festivals and customs,we can reinterpret the core spirit of festivals,and achieve the role of innovation,self-cultivation and promotion of socialist core values.Third,we should give full play to the influence of the villagers and standardize the management of them,so that they can become an effective way to practice the socialist core values.Fourth,we should strengthen the practice of socialist core values by excavating customary laws,bringing forth new ones and ensuring the legalization of village rules and regulations.
