With the continuous development and progress of economy and society,the social organization of our country is increasing continuously.According to the Blue Book of Charity:China Charity Development Report(2019),the number of social organizations in China exceeded 816000 at the end of 2018,of which 443000 were social service institutions,and social service institutions maintained a synchronous growth,an increase of 10.8 percent over the previous year.According to the strategic plan of the National national professional social worker talent training plan,1.45 million social workers are needed by 2020,and there is still nearly 700,000 talent gap.As the number of Social Work Service Machine increases,social workers does not meet the needs of the society,community volunteers are required as a supplementary human resource to assist social workers in carrying out their community activities.And in this process,the social service organization faces a community volunteer management problem,only do a good job of volunteer management,can stimulate the volunteers potential of volunteer team in its organization,can better serve the community,can create a harmonious society.Based on the advantage perspective,the author takes the community volunteer management of CP social work service center as an example.The author mainly analyzes the present situation of community volunteers in the service center through the data collected by participatory observation and interview,and finds out the existing problems,and puts forward corresponding measures and suggestions through the analysis of the management advantages of community volunteers.First,the problems are the large proportion of "zero" volunteer service,the difficulty of recruiting volunteers for long-term volunteer service,the lack of strict selection of volunteers,the lack of systematic training,the single way of evaluation,the lack of contact between community volunteers,the lack of cohesion and the loss of volunteers highrate and low enthusiasm issues.Second,the advantages are that there are more volunteers in the volunteer team,more middle-aged people,paying more attention to the development of volunteer projects,the corresponding volunteer management system and the advantages in the community volunteer management process are the diversification of publicity channels.Online and offline can be carried out at the same time,attach importance to the cultivation of community volunteer backbone and the diversification of incentive methods,and enrich the incentive content.The author also analyzes the community resources,social relations and the opportunities faced in the management of community volunteers.Third,according to the advantages of the proposed countermeasures and suggestions for the problem is to strengthen the management of volunteers The implementation of the management system,the improvement of volunteer screening process,the improvement of volunteer training system,the enrichment of volunteer activities and the activation of incentive resources to promote the enthusiasm of volunteers to participate in voluntary service.By analyzing the community volunteer management of CP social work service center as a case,it can enlighten the social service organizations with similar problems and reflect on their own problems. |
