Governance Research On The Network Public Opinion In The Domian Of Human Resoursces And Social Security

With the rapid development of Internet technology,all kinds of new media are emerging,providing a more free and convenient communication platform for the public.In recent years,the negative public opinions about human resources and social security work on the Internet are growing,which fully exposes the problems in the work and presented a challenge in above work.The governance of negative public opinions is an important part of national governance system,it refers to the process of negotiation and management the public sectors、social institutions and representatives of people etc participate in hot spots of public interest through a standardized procedures.Public opinion analysis is an important basis for scientific decision-making,and it is also the key to solve the union problems effectively.Scientific analysis methods can save political resources effectively,promote scientific decision-making,and improve the ability of public opinion disposal.In this paper,we dissect the main problems and reasons of the effects of Q province’s analysis and governance,to explore more appropriate analysis and governance measures to promote the human resources and social security utilities for better development,so that the people can enjoy the policy benefits.There are big differences in the ways and means of network public opinion analysis and governance research in the domestic and overseas.Foreign countries emphasize to restrict the rights and obligations of web platforms through legislation,regulating analyzing and guiding the negative public opinion on the network through professional institutions,collecting public opinion about public hot issues through online questionnaire,taking the feedback collection of public opinions as a reference for the relevant study and decision-making.There are few literatures on Network public opinions analysis in civil,most of which are based on single technical framework analysis,such as Big Data analysis and fuzzy comprehensive analysis etc.There are no radical method for the public opinion analysis.we believe that identifying the logical relations of analysis and governance is the key to the targeted analysis and effective governance.This research focuses on the analysis framework,puts forward more scientific analysis methods,and comprehensive governance measures for public opinions governance.These analysis and governance ideas can give reference for other field of network public opinion work.
