Research On The Construction Of China’s International Discourse Right From The Perspective Of Global Governance

On the road to modernization,the capitalist countries and the socialist countries have formed profound common interests on the theme of the era of peace and development.The socialist countries and the capitalist countries compete on the same stage.At the same time,the rapid globalization has spawned many global problems and problems.The solution to these problems and the solutions to these problems is global governance.With the increasing frequency of global problems,it has become particularly critical and urgent to promote global governance in a coordinated manner,for which both the capitalist countries and the socialist countries will bear common responsibilities.For a long time,in the face of increasingly complex global governance issues,Western developed countries were the first countries to call for and take measures to implement global governance.It is undeniable that Western developed countries have sweated and achieved success in global governance.Therefore,the so-called Western Global governance in developed countries is inevitably caught in the hegemony and power politics.The more inevitable bypasses are in the awkward situation of governance,the worse the governance effect.Generally speaking,the problems exposed by western developed countries in participating in global governance are greater than the achievements,and global governance faces great challenges.At the same time,the Eastern Socialist China actively participated in global governance,contributed Chinese wisdom in the face of global governance problems,proposed a Chinese plan,and made a Chinese answer.Chinese practice has gradually won the recognition and praise of most countries in the world.In the context of global governance,it also faces many difficulties.The construction of China’s international discourse power faces “the lack of discourse content and the harsh discourse environment.In the case of insufficient discourse ability,China must actively promote the Chinese road and the Chinese plan to the world,and use its own successful practices to add attention to the construction of international discourse rights.It must also take measures to actively respond to achieve the "breakthrough" of Chinese discourse.To improve the content of discourse,it is necessary to improve the discourse environment and enhance the ability of discourse.In the 21 st century,China has already changed the tragic situation of being beaten backward and starved,but when it is increasingly approaching the center of the world stage,it is faced with the dilemma of "aphasia and scolding." It will also be the top-level design that China must focus on in the 21 st century.As global governance gradually deepens,the construction of China’s international discourse power in the future will inevitably be closely linked with global governance.China can only truly have the right to speak internationally when it responds to global governance by submitting excellent answers,and only by making contributions beyond capitalist countries in avoiding global risks and solving global problems.
