Discussiom On The Construction Of The Rule Of Law At The Grass-roots Level In The Border Area Of Guixi

The construction of the rule of law in the border area of Guixi is an important part of the country’s rule of law and border construction,which involves national defense security,poverty alleviation,rural revitalization strategy and other important national construction content.This area has many national border land and sea ports,and in history was an important channel for the migration of peoples in the southwest,the characteristics of ethnic group and border nature make it different from the construction of the rule of law in other regions.As the year of the "Seventh Five-Year Plan" for the general law,2020,in the face of the new situation in the new era,the grass-roots rule of law in the border areas needs to keep pace with the times and implement the new requirements of the state to rule the country by law.At present,the grass-roots rule of law construction research,there are not many,there are studies from the cultural,economic,political and other means of governance to carry out research,but the realization of rights and the implementation of obligations,but also rely on the rule of law this powerful grasp.The study of the construction of the rule of law at the grass-roots level in the border area of Guixi is due to the grand background of the current state rule of law and the construction of the rule of law.Starting from the necessity of the construction of the rule of law at the grass-roots level in the border area of Guixi,it is found that it plays an extremely important role in the further development of social security,ethnic rule of law and production and life.Then combined with the actual situation of the current grass-roots rule of law construction in the border area of Guixi,to Debao,Jingxi as a field point,to carry out field visits,analysis of its current grass-roots rule of law construction progress,sum up advanced experience.Based on Debao and Jingxi,the analysis analyzes the problems that are prevalent in the construction of the rule of law at the grass-roots level in Guixi,and tries to use interdisciplinary thinking,combine other discipline theory,and study the way forward of the construction of the rule of law at the grass-roots level in the border area of Guixi.
