Research On The Innovation Of Ideological And Political Work At The Grass-roots Level Of High-tech Army

Our army is the people’s army under the leadership of the party.Ideological and political work is our army’s ability to look after the family,and it is our army’s greatest characteristic and advantage.It is through strong ideological and political work that our army has overcome numerous difficulties and obstacles,defeated one powerful enemy after another,withstood all kinds of trials and waves,and established immortal achievements for the party and the people in different historical periods of revolution,construction and reform.As an important part of Ideological and political work,ideological and political education is the fundamental method and means to ensure the absolute loyalty,purity and reliability of the army.At present,the international situation is unpredictable,the in-depth reform of the military continues to advance,coupled with the extensive popularization of the Internet and smart phones in the vast military barracks,and a large number of information access,making the thinking of military personnel more diversified,which requires that ideological and political work must have new boundaries and responsibilities,have new strengthening and improvement,and continue to play the role of life line.The high-tech military personnel are mainly scientific and technological cadres,with high educational background,strong logicality,and unique opinions and opinions on the understanding and analysis of problems.Therefore,ideological and political education is more necessary and contemporary.The research on such problems in China is basically in the following three directions: first,the overall study of Ideological and political education is focused on,and how to improve the initiative and consciousness of the staff is analyzed,focusing on human factors;two,it focuses on the epochal nature of Ideological and political education,mainly analyzes the specific changes in Ideological and political work,focusing on the practical interpretation of Xi Jinping’s strong army thought,and nineteen The third is to focus on the organizational form of Ideological and political education,mainly to analyze the forms of Ideological and political education,such asnetwork teaching,red education and so on.Taking a high-tech army as an example,this paper makes an in-depth study on the ideological and political education,finds out the main problems existing in the ideological and political education,analyzes the causes of the problems,and gives countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems.This paper is mainly divided into three parts.The first part mainly analyzes the ideological status of high-tech cadres in science and technology,and reviews the historical evolution of our army’s ideological and political work.It focuses on the ideological and political work in the new era of Xi Jinping’s strong army ideology,and provides theoretical support for subsequent problems.The second part gives the characteristics of the high-tech army,focusing on the challenges faced by the grass-roots ideological and political education of the high-tech army,and systematically analyzes the existing problems in the ideological and political education from the four aspects of objective conditions,participants,ways of participation and changes of the times.The third part is the innovation content of this paper.On the basis of a lot of theoretical analysis,this paper studies several mechanisms of Ideological and Political Work Innovation of high-tech forces in the new era,and gives 14 main innovation mechanisms from three aspects of content,method and ability.This paper makes a useful exploration on strengthening the ideological and political education at the grass-roots level of high-tech troops.This paper emphasizes that on the basis of inheriting the traditional methods and learning from the useful experience of foreign troops,combined with the characteristics of the current grass-roots level,modern scientific methods should be adopted to analyze the existing problems and causes,pay attention to the analysis of practical fields,and try to give innovative suggestions.The relevant suggestions can be applied to some similar high-tech units,and the results can be tracked and investigated to give the expected benefits.
