In modern society,due to the transformation of production methods,people today do not work alone,they cooperate with colleague.Therefore,Rural urbanization is an irreversible trend in the development of the society.Simultaneously,due to the scarcity of land resources,which will inevitably have a negative impact on the lighting,traffic and ventilation of existing houses.Therefore,how to protect the interests of the interested party in the urban planning permission of great practical significance.This article will try to answer this question.First,case analysis will be conducted to discuss the benefits of urban and rural planning.Who are the interested party in the urban planning permission.Secondly,we need to explore how to construct an appropriate public participation mechanism to prevent administrative power on the rights of interested party.
