A Study On Government Functions In The Development Of Eco-Cultural Tourism In Chenzhou City

With the vigorous development of tourism in our country,eco-cultural tourism is more and more popular because of its dual advantages of ecology and culture as a brand new tourism product.In the process of development,eco-cultural tourism has the dual tasks of ecological protection and cultural heritage protection,so the performance of government functions plays a decisive role in the healthy and sustainable development of eco-cultural tourism.However,from the current situation of our country,although the government has realized its important role in the development of eco-cultural tourism,there are still some problems such as insufficient attention to eco-cultural tourism and unsound coordination and management mechanism in the process of government function to perform,which make it difficult to achieve sustainable development of eco-cultural tourism in our country.Therefore,how to give full play to the role of the government has become an urgent problem in the development of eco-cultural tourism in our country.This paper takes the government function in eco-cultural tourism as the research object,adopts the case study method,takes Chenzhou city as the case,and puts forward the corresponding improvement measures on the basis of in-depth analysis of the status quo and existing problems of government functions in the development of eco-cultural tourism in Chenzhou.The research contents of this paper mainly include:First of all,this paper summarizes the status quo of relevant research at home and abroad,defines the concepts of eco-cultural tourism,eco-cultural tourism products and government functions,and discusses the origin and characte ristics of eco-cultural tourism.Secondly,this paper analyzes the present situation of eco-cultural tourism development,as well as the functions of the government performance situation in Chenzhou,points out that the city’s ecological cultural t ourism development in the functions of the government performance management chaos,government function positioning is not clear,not enough resources integration and construction of public service implementation,the inadequate supervision and regulation of the stakeholders,and analyses the fundamental cause of these problems is management thoughts behind,lack of awareness of the guiding role,lack of resources integration approach,the complete lack of public service system,lack of sound supervision an d regulation mechanism.Finally,aiming at the problems of government function in eco-cultural tourism in Chenzhou,this paper puts forward from the update management idea,clarify government guiding role,guide the integrating resources,and improve the government’s public service function,strengthen the supervision and management functions,etc,to optimize the functions of the government,in order to promote the healthy development of chenzhou city eco-cultural tourism in an all-round way.
