Construction The Online Supporting Network Model Of Terrorist Organizations And Anomaly Monitoring

With the continuous development of the Internet,terrorist organizations pay more and more attention to the form of cyber terrorism that takes the Internet as a means and tool,among which social networks such as Twitter are particularly favored by terrorist organizations.Terrorist organizations such as ISIS have used Twitter to build online supporting networks for propaganda,recruitment,training and other terrorist activities,achieving unprecedented success and prompting more terrorist organizations to follow suit.All kinds of terrorist incidents brought by the continuous spread of cyber terrorism have aroused public concern and seriously threatened national security.Therefore,new methods are urgently needed to study the new trend of terrorism in anti-terrorism crisis management.Taking Twitter as the platform and X terrorist organization as the object,this thesis constructed the online support network of the terrorist organization,analyzed its structural characteristics,and optimized the user nodes to build the online supporting network for monitoring.Then,this thesis combines online and offline terrorist activities of terrorist organizations and builds a hypothesis testing model to verify its relevance.On the basis of the above research,this thesis further analyzes the characteristics of online supporting network retweeting activities of terrorist organizations,and builds an anomaly monitoring model on this basis to give forewarning of terrorist events.Finally,according to the situation of China’s Internet counter-terrorism and the relevant research conclusions of this thesis,put forward the policy recommendations of Internet counter-terrorism.In the process of research,this thesis finds that the online support network of terrorist organizations has strong cohesion and vitality,and the structure is equivalent with a hierarchical structure.The online supporting network activities of terrorist organizations have a positive impact on the terrorist events before and after the armed attacks and major terrorist incidents.The online supporting network extrapolation follows the distribution of power function,and the warning accuracy rate of the anomaly monitoring model constructed by it is about 11%.The study in this thesis integrates the methods of network science,machine learning,mathematical statistics,etc.,and quantitatively analyzes the online supporting network of terrorist organizations and its connection with terrorist incidents,which can provide references for relevant research and provide references for relevant departments to formulate cyber counter-terrorism strategies.
