As a time node gradually formed in the development of human society, festivals play the functions of regulating group values, gathering social forces, arousing emotional awareness, maintaining social stability and development in a quite long historical period.Political festivals have a special connection with the political situation. In addition to the cultural connotation in the general sense, the changes of their commemorative activities often become the vane of the political situation. On October 10,1911,Wuchang Uprising broke out, which aroused the response of the whole China. The uprising broke out one after another all over China. Its victory became the political node to change the fate of modern China. To commemorate this event, the government of the Republic of China designated the day of the uprising as the national day, which was nominated by Wu Zhihui as the "Double Tenth Day".As a national memorial day,"double ten Festival" is a very important political festival in modern China. In the treacherous modern political ecology of Boyun,it has become one of the main platforms for different interest groups to fight for the people and express their political demands.During the comprehensive anti Japanese War,the Kuomintang and the Communist Party,at the critical juncture of national survival, abandoned their previous suspicions and agreed to go abroad. In terms of the choice of the memorial day,the two sides commemorated the Double Tenth festival as the embodiment of the core spirit of the historical pedigree of the 1911 Revolution and the common political heritage. However, the two sides had different political expressions and concerns. On the one hand, the national government conveys all kinds of information to the society in the way of commemoration and celebration, including the "orthodox" and "revolutionary" inheritance of the regime,in order to achieve the purpose of cohesion, unity of internal and external forces, and social mobilization. On the other hand, the Communist Party of China also publicized its political opinions and revolutionary understanding to the people through its own political discourse through the "Double Tenth Festival",and showed the image of democracy, freedom and openness to the people at home and abroad. In the special period of the all-round Anti Japanese War,the Double Tenth Festival connected the two sides who were originally hostile and became an unavoidable link between them. This article takes this as the starting point, puts the commemoration of the Double Tenth Festival between the two parties in the background of the change of the relationship between the two parties, and outlines their fusion and conflict in the historical situation by comparing their similarities and differences. In general, during the Anti Japanese War,although the Kuomintang and the Communist Party had different politicalio goals and ideas, the form, content, effect,or even the depth and breadth of mobilization in the process of the "Double Tenth Festival",the essence was to reflect the interaction between the main body of the political party and the public and the struggle of the Kuomintang and the Communist Party for the right of interpretation of the revolution. Therefore, the commemoration of the Double Tenth Festival,an important festival of the Republic of China during the Anti Japanese war in an all-round way,is not only a reflection of the 1911 Revolution as a historical memory symbol, but also an important channel for all political powers to strive for public recognition and support, express political ideology and compete for interests.
