Application Of Modified Market Approach In The Evaluation Of China’s Electronic Enterprises

The market method is widely and conveniently used internationally,but China’s market method is still incomplete.In order to make it more widely used,this article selects the active electronics industry to promote application in enterprise value assessment.The first three chapters introduce the relevant theories of the market method of corporate valuation and the current application of the market method.The fourth and fifth chapters aim at the status of the comparatively subjective selection of the market method of comparable companies and the relatively simple screening of value multipliers.In the subjective selection of the market method,the fuzzy mathematics method is used to take listed companies in the electronics subdivision industry where the company being evaluated is used as the sample data source,and use the company’s profitability,growth ability,operating ability and solvency indicators of comparable objects.By calculating the company’s Hamming closeness,company close to the company’s Hamming closeness is selected as the target of the comparable company,and the selection range of the comparable company is clearly selected.In the application of the value multiplier,the principal component regression analysis is used to clarify the value multiplier of the electronics industry.In the case analysis,this article takes the electronics industry as an example to systematically introduce the entire operation process of market method improvement.The source of the sample is the i Fin D industry classification standard,and according to the classification of comparable companies in the electronics industry,it will be further improved within the scope of listed companies in the power industry.Through the construction and application of models,new method for valuation in the electronics industry is provided.The study does not consider the issue of equity liquidity and the discount premium of its holding rights.
