Impact Of Chinese Charitable Foundation Government Input On Public Welfare Performance

As China’s economy continues to grow rapidly and the economy enters a new normal,charitable foundations continue to grow,charitable foundations continue to grow in number,scale and influence,play a great role in improving people’s livelihood and promoting social governance,and charitable foundations make up for the shortcomings of the government in the field of social governance.As a fund provider in the field of public welfare ecology,the foundation can provide financial support for other types of social organizations,such as social groups,social work service agencies,so the foundation’s healthy and sustainable development plays a very important role in the development of the whole field of public welfare ecology.In order for the foundation to achieve its purpose better and to give full play to its role in promoting social progress,it must continuously improve its public welfare performance and enable the foundation to better serve the community.How to continuously improve the public welfare performance of our charitable foundation has become a practical problem to be solved in the future to realize the sustainable development of our foundation.This study mainly discusses the relationship between government input and public welfare performance,This paper firstly defines the concept of charitable foundation,government investment and public welfare performance.Based on stakeholder theory and governance theory,this paper analyzes how the government,as an external stakeholder,can influence the public welfare of the foundation through the way of government input in the process of guiding the development of the foundation.In the empirical study,the government input as explanatory variables,public welfare performance is not explained variables,other variables as control variables,using spss statistical software for correlation analysis,multivariate regression analysis to explain the relationship between variables.The empirical results show that the government investment level of charitable foundation is uneven,the government investment level of chinese charitable foundation varies greatly between different regions and different places of registration,and the overall public welfare performance level of charitable foundation is higher.The level of government investment has a negative impact on the public welfare performance of charitable foundations,the operational ability of charitable foundations has a negative impact on public welfare performance,and the donation income and the size of full-time staff of foundations have a positive impact on public welfare performance.Therefore,it is suggested that the foundation should reasonably control the level of government subsidy investment and transform the government The government supports the way,strengthens the foundation main body status,creates the multivariate coordination governance,strengthens the supervision and the management,constructs the pluralistic supervision system,trains the specialized talented person,enhances the business level ability.
