Research On The Influence Of Occupational Claimants On The Administrative Law Enforcement Behavior Of Market Supervision And Administration Department

Occupational claimants are a differentiated group from the professional counterfeit fighters.Unlike professional counterfeiters,who focus on cracking down on fake commodities and protecting intellectual property rights such as patents and trademarks,they focus more on the minicracies of advertising terms and ingredient labels.Although the illegal clues provided by professional claimants are not of high quality,they are only for personal gain.However,it is undeniable that this is also a type of participation in social governance.However,the participation in the interests of luring,driving under gradually changed flavor,especially when they implement high repetition frequency to report complaints,malicious purchase claims,extortion,and even take the initiative to set up illegal conditions the behavior such as framed operator,the negative effects to the society increasingly intensified,especially to complaints and reports,and they claim that is close to the behavior such as market supervision and regulation department had a big impact.As a result,the executive branch,judicial organs and all sectors of society have been increasingly opposed to its behavior.In order to understand the specific impact of occupational claimants on the administrative enforcement actions of the market supervision department,this study collected all complaint reporting cases from Q City from 2017 to 2019 as data analysis samples.By means of questionnaires and interviews,the law enforcement officers of the market supervision department of Q city were asked to know whether the occupational claimbehavior would have an impact on their work and psychology.What effect did it have? And their views and attitudes towards occupational claims.By analyzing and summarizing the above two kinds of data,it is found that the behavior of occupational claimants reduces the administrative law enforcement efficiency of market supervision departments,increases the cost of administrative law enforcement,wastes the administrative law enforcement resources,and not only consumes the energy of administrative law enforcement personnel,but also increases their psychological burden.Comprehensive consideration occupational social and public value of claimants,this paper argues that can from the definition of professional claimants identity,refining the punitive compensation system,to implement credit supervision,strengthen the administrative aspects such as the intensity of law enforcement efforts to standardize and guide their behavior,let them play to recognize the positive role of violation behavior ability,to standardize the behavior of market management to participate in the regular team to jointly safeguard the social consumer safety.
