Study On The Cultivation Of The Cadet Of Jiangxi’s Red Resources In The New Era

Jiangxi red resources are the sum of the spiritual achievements and material carriers that the Communist Party of China combines the basic principles of Marxism with the reality of China,leads the Chinese nation and the Chinese people in the practice of revolution,construction and reform,produces and continuously develops in Jiangxi and its surrounding areas.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Party,President Xi has repeatedly stressed that we should bear in mind the glorious history,inherit the red gene,and cultivate revolutionary servicemen of the new era with soul,ability,blood and moral character.Military cadets are an important part of the revolutionary army group,the future and hope of army building,and should inherit the red gene and practice the "four have" standard.Jiangxi is rich in red resources,and contains the party’s absolute leadership of the army,the people’s army’s strategy and tactics,brave and tenacious fighting spirit and revolutionary servicemen’s true style of work and other value implications,and Xi put forward the new era of military cadets "soul,ability,blood,moral character" standard requirements,internal high consistency.The integration of Jiangxi red resources into the cultivation of military cadets in the new era of "four you" is helpful to enhance the military soul consciousness,the ability to win the war,the boldness and the fine style of work of the cadets,to improve the training quality of the cadets in an all-round way,and to lay a talent foundation for the realization of the goal of strengthening the army in the new era.Based on the research methods of literature research,induction and summary,field investigation and so on,this paper expounds the basic theory of Jiangxi red resources and military cadets in the new era,discusses and analyzes the value of Jiangxi red resources in the cultivation of military cadets in the new era.In view of the existing problems,from three aspects: strengthening top-level design,constructing multi-dimensional and three-dimensional red resource education pattern;strengthening the four-class linkage,promoting Jiangxi red resources into military schools,into classrooms,into the brain;developing local teaching,enhancing the education efficiency of Jiangxi red resources,explore the establishment of Jiangxi red resources all-round integration into the "four have" new era of military cadets system.
