| The rapid development of digital network technology has not only brought great convenience to people’s lives,but also affected the way people use and disseminate works.Under the network environment,works are gradually being digitized,enabling people to copy,use,and use works on a large scale,high quality,and low cost,and to achieve rapid dissemination between different subjects.This greatly weakens the copyright owner’s control over the work and also Copyright law poses huge challenges.Looking back at the history of the development of the copyright system,it is actually the process by which technology promotes the continuous adjustment and improvement of the copyright system.At the same time,technological progress has also promoted the continuous expansion of copyright.The protection of copyright rights is accompanied by this right restriction.Digital network technology provides great convenience for people to use works,and various decentralized network information exchange systems provide the public with various communication and sharing platforms,which not only lowers the threshold for creation,but also makes network users more actively join the wave of cultural creation for all people.Remixed creation,which is the main method of User Generated Content,is receiving more and more attention because it involves the use of existing works.In the digital network environment where works can be accurately copied and quickly disseminated,how to effectively protect copyright without hindering users’ use of previous works and affecting subsequent creations,maintaining and enhancing social innovation.It is a difficult problem to be solved urgently at present,and also the focus of this article.Combining with the characteristics of remixing,based on the legitimacy of intellectual property rights,this article provides theoretical support for the legitimacy of remixed creations.Based on the current dilemma of copyright development and the lack of copyright protection,the author explores and researches feasible solutions for protecting remixed creations,with a view to creating a good legal environment for the development of remixed creations,and at the same time making copyrights better respond to digital network technologies. |
