With the continuous improvement of the level of e-government construction in China,the traditional government service mode is more and more not suitable for the actual needs of the management departments and the masses of enterprises,which makes the government realize more clearly that it is necessary to promote the transformation of government service from "government supply orientation" to "public demand as the core".As an important tool and concept of management,government process reengineering can better integrate with information technology,so as to make government management more modern.After the reform of "big department system" in the field of market supervision,the departments themselves are faced with the common problems of e-government construction such as system intercommunication,business intercommunication and data sharing.It is a general representative to take it as an example of the research on online administrative approval process reengineering and system optimization.This paper analyzes the research background and significance of e-government and government process reengineering as well as the research status at home and abroad,expounds the theory of government process reengineering and the two-way interactive relationship between e-government construction and government process reengineering,and analyzes the current situation and problems of online administrative approval system.At the same time,this paper selects the representative online approval system of Hubei Provincial Market Supervision Bureau as an example,from the four dimensions of process link standardization,declaration information standardization,business model reengineering,and approval system innovation,enumerates online approval examples,analyzes the specific methods,shortcomings and solutions of its government process reengineering,and on this basis,further analyzes the At present,the problems and optimization strategies of online administrative approval process reengineering are discussed.
