Research On The Application Of Artificial Intelligence In Judicial Adjudication

The New Generation Artificial Intelligence Development Plan released by the State Council in 2017 pointed out that the development of Artificial Intelligence should be raised to the national strategic level for layout,and the establishment of a smart trial supervision platform will promote the modernization of justice.In order to deepen the reform of judicial informatization,our country has improved the efficiency of court work,promoted judicial justice,and prevented judicial corruption,and actively introduced emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence into judicial adjudication.However,the development of artificial intelligence technology as with all as all new developments,has not been smooth,and it has exposed some problems while bringing many conveniences to judicial adjudication.These problems have caused the artificial intelligence technology to fail to play a better role in the practice of judicial judgment.In view of this,this article starts to discuss the application of artificial intelligence in judicial judgment.Apart from the introduction and conclusion,this article is divided into three parts:The first part is the overview and significance of the application of artificial intelligence in judicial adjudication.By briefly introducing the application background,development process,and application characteristics of artificial intelligence in judicial adjudication,the specific significance of the application of artificial intelligence in judicial adjudication is analyzed and discussed.The second part introduces the problems facing the application of artificial intelligence technology in the field of judicial judgment.It mainly analyzes the problems of artificial intelligence in the application of judicial judgment from four aspects: the positioning of artificial intelligence,the construction of judicial database,the conflict between rationality and legality,and the core algorithm Application provides solutions.The third part is to describe the solutions for the application of artificial intelligence in the judicial field.From the current practical point of view,according to the problems faced,try to give some corresponding countermeasures,so as to promote the more perfect application of artificial intelligence in the field of judicial adjudication.
