Perfection Of Juvenile Delinquency Theory And Analysis Of Its Causes

Crime control theory,difference communication theory and tension theory are all based on what human nature is to study juvenile crime.Different theories have different understanding of what human nature is,which affects the logic of crime theory.On the issue of human nature,the author believes that if there is a distinction between good and evil in the initial design of human nature,the change of human in the whole growth process will be ignored.Therefore,the author agrees with the basic view of the theory of differential communication,and holds that there is no distinction between good and evil at birth,just like a piece of white paper.On the basis of gradually perceiving the world,people form their understanding of the world.This recognition may be consistent with mainstream values,but it may also be inconsistent.The deviation of the mainstream cognition is caused by the stimulation of the external environment during the growth of minors.Whether or not to deviate is not determined by the original good and evil of human nature.Therefore,the causes of juvenile delinquency should not be dug from the direction of good and evil of human nature,but should be considered from the factors that may affect crime in the process of juvenile growth.This paper will analyze the three major crime theories and absorb their advantages.On this basis,it will analyze the factors that may affect the crime that minors encounter in the process of growing up,so as to form a more perfect and adaptive theory of juvenile crime.Finally,it puts forward effective prevention strategies for juvenile delinquency.
