Research On The Construction Of College Students Village Official In Hainan Province

In the 21 st century,the contradiction between China’s “agriculture,countryside and farmers” began to be highlighted.How to properly solve the “three rural issues” problem,increase the income of farmers,change the face of rural areas,and safeguard agricultural security have become an important issue that we urgently need to overcome to develop the economy and build a well-off society.At the same time,a large number of college graduates are graduating and graduating to a certain degree of pressure on the employment of the city.In order to better solve the "three rural issues" and build a new socialist countryside,and also to achieve the optimal allocation of human resources between rural areas and cities,the central government has promoted the policy of university graduates.Based on this premise,this article introduces the policy of the University Student Village Officer and clarifies the current situation of the construction of the college student officer team in Hainan Province.This leads to the reflection on the construction of the Village Officer Team of University Students,and proposes corresponding improvement measures for the existing problems.The construction of the college student village officials team is constrained by such factors as policy regulations,local environment,and reasons for the autonomy of college students.All of these require the central government to evaluate and adjust existing policies,the local governments really implement,and all universities and colleges strengthen guidance.
