The Practice And Experience Of The CPC’s Self-reform In Yan’an Period

To have the courage to carry out self-reform and conduct strict self-governance: this is the most distinctive character of Communist Party of China(CPC).In Yan’an period,when facing the historical mission to strive for national independence and people ‘s liberation,when facing the difficult choice among “starvation,” “being dismissed,” or “doing by ourselves,” the Chinese communists whose representation was Zedong Mao deeply and lastingly proceeded self-reform,with extraordinary courage,on thoughts,politics,organizations,styles among the whole party,after concluding the experience of twice success and failure.The self-reform eliminated the “cancer” which impeded the development of the CPC and highly enhanced the creativity,cohesion,and fighting power,which not only fostered the victory of Anti-Japanese War,but also make the firm basement to grab the final success of the War of Liberation and New Democratic Revolution.The practical wisdom of self-revolution by CPC in Yan’an period offered an important mirror for new era to develop the policy of comprehensively strictly managing the party and self-revolution of the party.The current article mainly adopts the literature review method and the experience summary method,insists on the unification of history and logic,insists on the unification of theory and practice,takes the materialist conception of history as the guide,takes the problem as the guide,and analyzes the basic conditions and internal logic of the CPC’s self-reform Yan’an period from the basis of internal power and external changes.Based on the four dimensions of ideological self-reform,political self-reform,organizational self-reform,and work-style self-reform,the article summarizes the basic conditions and internal logic of the self-reform carried out by the CPC in the Yan’an period.On this basis,the article conducted research and the analysis shows that the four characters of the self-reform of the CPC in the Yan’an period had four features,including taking the ideological line as the source of power,the “leading cadres” as the main body of the promotion,the learning movement as the unique form,and the social revolution as the ultimate goal.Finally,based on the practical needs of comprehensively and strictly governing the party and developing in depth,the article thinks about practical problems through history,focuses on solving new situations and problems in the construction of the party in the new era,and summarizes the brilliant achievement and practical experience of the CPC’s self-reform in the Yan’an period,and realistic enlightenment to promote of the CPC’s self-reform in the new era from four perspectives.
