With the deepening of aging and the growth of per capita disposable income,the financial investment willingness and ability of the elderly customer group has been gradually improved.The aging financial service market has a huge space,and the financial institutions,medical industry and pension industry have ushered in new development opportunities.Facing the new market opportunities and the pressure of economic downturn,commercial banks have gradually increased the importance of the elderly financial market,established the elderly customer relationship management framework around the "customer-centric" business philosophy,and hoped to tap multiple profit channels through the development of elderly customer resources,so as to lay a good foundation for the long-term sustainable development of banks.As a state-owned commercial bank,JZ branch of China Construction Bank has formed a strong influence in the regional market by relying on its brand advantages and marketing advantages.Through new product development,service quality improvement,operation cost reduction and other measures,it has occupied a certain market share and won the support and love of local customers.Focusing on the elderly customer market,this paper makes an in-depth analysis and Research on the elderly customer relationship management of JZ branch of China Construction Bank by using the method of questionnaire survey,trying to find out the key influencing factors of the elderly customer relationship management,and find solutions to meet the needs of the customer management of JZ branch of China Construction Bank,so as to effectively promote the upgrading of the elderly customer relationship management system of JZ branch of China Construction Bank and improve the elderly customers Value contribution and profit return.This paper collects a large number of references about customer relationship management,studies in-depth the elderly marketing strategy of JZ branch of China Construction Bank,and puts forward practical measures of elderly customer relationship management combined with the market strategic objectives,which has important reference value for the competition of the elderly segment market of traditional commercial banks.
