The counter service of government is the connection point between government and citizens,which is the place that the local government provides direct public services to citizens.Providing excellent public services is one of the aims and contents for developing a service-oriented government which is the most direct way that the citizens will be benefit from the reformation of the public system of Chinese governments.Also,public satisfaction is the aim and final destination of the counter service of government in the process of developing a service-oriented government.Therefore,it has important enlightenment and reference significance to do some research on counter service of governments.This paper takes the counter service of Exit-Entry Administration of Public Security Bureau in Chaoyang City,Liaoning Province as the empirical research example to carry out satisfaction survey and establishes the Counter Service Satisfaction Model of Exit-Entry Administration of Public Security Bureau on the basis of domestic and international researches.The research examines the current situation about the counter service of Exit-Entry Administration of Public Security Bureau accurately,analyzes the problem in the present work and puts forward the ideas of improving the public satisfaction of the counter service.The results show the collectivity satisfaction degree of the satisfaction with counter service of Exit-Entry Administration of Public Security Bureau in Chaoyang City,Liaoning Province belongs to superior middling.The perceived quality has more influence on the satisfaction counter service of Exit-Entry Administration of Public Security than the public expectation and the population characteristics do not significantly affect the degree of satisfaction.Through the comprehensive analysis of the service quality indicators with Importance-Satisfaction Matrix,it is found that the three aspects of service efficiency,service attitude and information disclosure need to be paid attention to,and the protection of rights and interests needs to be strengthened.The strategies and measures for improving satisfaction of counter service of Exit-Entry Administration of Public Security Bureau are advanced for improving the service efficiency,improving the service attitude,strengthening the information disclosure and improving the supervision mechanism.
