Education Group Intervenes In The Research On The Improvement Of Self-Efficacy Of The Urban Empty Nest Old People

The old empty nest is a group that is valued in contemporary times.They enter the old age,face the diversification of their children’s leaving,retirement,physical health,emotional expression,social interaction,and self-identity.They need to find their own position again and re-plan their later life.At present,there are problems such as inaccurate positioning,inaccurate perspectives,and imperfect intervention for the group of empty nesters.The difference between each empty nester’s own conditions and the environment is not considered,which is not very good.To meet their needs,that is,they cannot accurately intervene and serve them.In this paper,through the social work intervention project in the S community,based on field investigations,a large amount of data analysis in the early stage can obtain the needs of the service targets,so as to determine the method and content of the group activities,and aim at the self-efficacy of the elderly in the empty nest of the S community in Beijing The level of precise social work intervention,the use of non-legacy culture(educational)groups to serve the empty nest elderly,through the recording and observation of each activity,in-depth conversations with the client,the results of early and late evaluation data and evaluation,Group activities produce good results and feedback.At the same time,the author contacts the community resources to ensure the future activities of the client.At the same time,the author reflected and summarized the group activities,on this basis,summarized the social work intervention strategy,and made suggestions for the next stage of item intervention and the precise service for the empty nest elderly.
