A Study On The Mobilization Mechanism Of Grassroots Party Organizations From The Perspective Of System Theory

In the early 1950s,the agricultural cooperation movement led by the Communist Party of China was another major socialist transformation movement aimed at agricultural production after the Land Revolution Movement.This movement successfully organized farmers and gradually realized the transformation of the small peasant economy into a socialist collective economy.However,the process of socialist transformation is tortuous.In the early days of the campaign,the state required every household to join the cooperative.However,due to various factors,the peasant groups expressed their reluctance to join,and once caused chaos in the rural areas at the grassroots level,affecting the entire process of the campaign.Therefore,how the Communist Party of China effectively communicates the policy of mutual assistance and cooperation to the peasant groups in rural society,enhances the political identification of the masses,and mobilizes the enthusiasm of the masses to participate is particularly important in the cooperative movement.The grass-roots party organizations in Sihu Village,Jindongnan Village,in order to change the attitude of farmers to join the society,give full play to the mobilization function,realize the active transformation of the peasant masses from resistance to joining the society actively,and promote the smooth development of the cooperative movement.Based on this,it is particularly important to analyze in depth how the party organizations at the grassroots level can better achieve effective mobilization.Joining the society during the cooperative period is an important factor influencing the movement.This article takes the situation of Sihu Village in Jindongnan as a research object,and analyzes the mobilization mechanism of grassroots party organizations during the cooperative period based on the oral history of eight elderly people in the village.In order to better show the mobilization mechanism of grassroots party organizations,the article uses general system theory as a research tool,regards mobilization as a system,and uses grassroots party organizations as the core elements of the system.Interactions and relationships to better mobilize.This article believes that the changes in the external environment of the grassroots party organization mobilization system during the period of cooperation will continue to input information to the basic party organization political system,thereby affecting the implementation of the grassroots party organization mobilization system.To this end,grass-roots party organizations that are the core elements actively control and adopt a step-by-step mobilization strategy to achieve widespread mobilization in an effort to change the attitudes and behaviors of farmers.After mobilization,the feedback behavior of the peasant group as the target of mobilization has promoted the continuous operation of the grassroots party organization mobilization system and successfully organized all the villagers,thus promoting the entire cooperative movement.As grassroots governance is more and more valued,in-depth analysis and active discussion of grassroots party organization mobilization mechanisms have an important impact on further improving China’s grassroots governance system.
