Family Rules And Regulations:the Traditional Endogenous Rules And Rural Order

Without social order,social life cannot proceed.The village is the basic unit in the traditional Chinese social structure.The maintenance of the traditional rural social order is different from the the modern social order in many aspects.As Mr Fei xiaotong,rural society is a society "can’t",however,is not to say that the rural society is "lawless",or without rules,village order maintenance is not in his power to self-reliance,rely mainly on rural society of endogenous rules to form the order,then the endogenous rule is how to shape the country order,its internal mechanism is worth exploring.This paper takes the Han family in HanJietou village,DengFeng city,HeNan province as the research object,takes "family rules and family precepts" as the entry point,explores the important role of family rules and family precepts in rural governance,and explores how family rules and family precepts govern families and families,and finally achieves the stability of rural order.The body of the paper is divided into three parts.First part is mainly from the family relationship,family education,family management and other daily production and life management to write the family order operation mechanism;The second part extends from the family to the family,from the clan of the family,the management of members,mutual help and other aspects to highlight the family rules and guidelines on family members of the constraints and guidance role;The third part from the village level in order to develop,most of the family and family all have good discipline and strong neighborliness,actively participate in the construction of village’s habits,family and the family support for village construction,formed a geographical community,form the village defense,education and culture,and many other aspects of the traditional rituals,jointly maintain the public order of the village.This paper holds that family,big family and village are important units in traditional Chinese social structure.Rural social governance is mainly based on the internal rules of these units in order to develop rural society,such as the local rules,customs and habits,French house rules,etc.,is the power of society to maintain the code of conduct,it is in specification,it has the ethical,conservative characteristics and value orientation,the village people learn from these resources to form their own country society,is according to the rural society generally recognized by the good reasonable behavior standard to people skills,and generalize the action logic within the family,family constantly in the neighborhood and further community outside the deduction,form the endogenous type village order.Compared with the rural order embedded by external forces such as laws and state administrative power,the endogenous rules based on the inherent action logic of the countryside are more persistent and stable,which have an invisible constraint and guiding effect on the rural society and maintain the healthy operation of the rural social order.
